These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Pax Dei World ("the site", "the platform"). By browsing the site, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

The platform is an independent, fan-made portal for the international community around the game Pax Dei. We have no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or official approval by Mainframe Industries or its affiliates. Game trademarks, names, images and other assets belong to their respective holders.

2. Permitted use

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. The following conduct, among others, is prohibited:

• Attempting to compromise the security, the stability or the integrity of the site.
• Collecting data automatically (scraping) in an abusive way, or in a way that overloads the service.
• Reproducing the content in a way that misleads anyone about its origin or about its connection to the platform.
• Using the site for unlawful purposes, or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

3. Accuracy of the information

Market data, guides and other content are offered for information only and may contain inaccuracies, delays or errors. Prices come from third-party sources (gaming.tools) and are refreshed periodically. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and you are responsible for checking the information before you act on it in game.

4. Intellectual property

The original text, the visual identity and the tools built by the platform are our own work. Content and assets related to Pax Dei remain the property of their respective owners. You are free to share links to the site.

5. Third-party content and links

The site may link to external services, such as Discord, social networks and data sources. We are not responsible for the content, the policies or the practices of those services.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, including decisions taken on the basis of the information presented here.

7. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but it may go through maintenance, instability or change without prior notice. The platform is in beta and evolves continuously.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of the place where the user resides are chosen to settle any dispute, unless the law provides otherwise.
